Quotes
Quotes are based on the information provided about the property. If the job differs materially on arrival we will discuss any change before continuing.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once a date, time and scope of work have been agreed in writing, including by email or message.
Access
Please make sure our team can access the property at the agreed time, along with water and electricity where the work requires them.
Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice of any cancellation or change so the slot can be reallocated. Notice periods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with the quote. Invoices are issued for the work agreed.
Liability
We take care in every property we work in. Any concern about the standard of a clean should be raised promptly so it can be put right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
